We maintain a streamlined and transparent process to support efficient ordering, fulfillment, and communication with our retail partners.
Distribution & Fulfillment
Mindful Science Press titles are produced using professional print-on-demand and wholesale distribution systems.
Vendor orders may be fulfilled through:
- Standard Wholesale Distribution (Ingram Network) — Recommended channel for bookstores, libraries, and academic retailers
- Direct Fulfillment from Mindful Science Press — Suitable for academic adoptions and bulk institutional purchases
Turnaround time for confirmed vendor orders is typically 10–15 business days, including production and processing. Shipping timelines vary by destination and carrier.

Wholesale Discounts
Standard wholesale discounts are available through established distribution channels. Direct orders may qualify for negotiated discounts depending on order size. Please contact us for current pricing structures.
Returns Policy
Returnability is determined by the distribution channel and title.
- Titles distributed through Ingram follow standard wholesale return policies where applicable.
- Direct fulfillment orders are generally non-returnable except in cases of defect or shipping error.
Minimum Orders
No minimum order is required for academic adoptions. Volume pricing may be available for quantities exceeding 50 copies.
